Dwayne serves as the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the future generation of Biblical counselors. He serves as a member of the board for Biblical Counseling. He has written numerous online publications as well as co-author of Christ Centered Biblical Counseling, Transformation of Lives through God's Unchangeable Word (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne has three children with his wife Leslie.
