Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on 30 January 1941 at Lincoln Nebraska. When he was 13 years old, Bruce moved with his parents in Casper (in the US state of Wyoming) in Wyoming, where his father served as director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's the district for soil conservation.
